Local Wellness and Change Coach, Bett Harris, is offering Kombucha instruction which includes hands-on preparation of this fermented superfood.
Kombucha has been around for thousands of years and is touted for its ability to help build a healthy and diverse gut microbiome (good gut bacteria).
Kombucha is simple to make and easy to maintain. Once you learn the basics you will be able to create a continuous supply of this healthy drink to enjoy daily from your own kitchen.
Class includes all ingredients needed to prepare Kombucha that you will then take home with you. You will also leave with instructions on how to complete a “double ferment” and set up a “continuous brew” with your Kombucha if you wish.
Samples and extra supplies will be available on-site.
