Hi, I’m Bett Harris and I founded Wellness2go in 1999 with the desire to share my passion for health and wellness.
I’ve worked in the healthcare field for 30 years, first as a nurse and then as a Massage Therapist.
My main passion is food. I believe food is medicine and what we put in our bodies as fuel sets the foundation for our level of health and wellness. I have used food to overcome major illness and disease, often without the use of medication.
My hope is to empower others to take control of their health with all-natural high-quality foods and products made from only the best ingredients. Wellness is the sum of two things, knowledge and action. I’m here to help with both.
